Omega Connect is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Platform.

• No personal data — No registration, email, or phone
• No IP tracking — We do not log IP addresses
• Anonymous identifiers — Temporary session IDs, discarded after use
• Chat data — Deleted after the session ends
• Verification metadata — A secure hashed verification timestamp and age bracket to prove compliance with legal regulations. Your raw date of birth is processed client-side and never stored.

3. Local Storage

We may store minimal preferences in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Google) for real-time communication.

5. Children's Privacy

Omega Connect is strictly for users aged 18+. We verify age eligibility using a secure, server-side date-of-birth gate. Under-18 verification events trigger session lockout hashes that are retained to enforce safety guidelines.
